If you are an experienced trail builder or crew looking to work from precision-engineered plans rather than rough sketches, we offer a Design License package. You get the full engineering deliverables and your team executes the build.

The design license package includes:

• Terrain preparation from DTM / LIDAR (we can acquire data or work from client-supplied surveys, which reduces cost)
• 3D terrain & trail model with POV ride preview (OBJ + MP4)
• Line routing & flow / progression concept: physics-validated alignment with rider speed simulation
• Feature-by-feature geometry: take-offs, landings, berms, transitions
• Per-jump safety analysis: Equivalent Fall Height (EFH), take-off speed/angle, lip height, flight height, airtime, with IMBA + ITRS difficulty rating per feature
• Material quantity estimate: all surface layers (wear course, grass soil, drainage stone) with cut / fill volumes
• Hydrology summary: design storm, peak flow, catchment area, cross-drain & low-point schedule
• Plan view + longitudinal profile (PDF + DXF)
• Engineering data files: horizontal alignment with clothoid transitions (LandXML), trail surface TIN mesh (LandXML), turn stakeout points with arc centres, radius and TS/SC/CS/ST transition stations (LandXML CgPoints), GPS track (GPX), survey & rover points (DXF), longitudinal profile (DXF), all in a projected coordinate system (EPSG)

We do the engineering. You do the building. Your crew works from exact stakeout points and volumes, your machines stay on model, and your client gets the trail they were shown.
