If you are an experienced trail builder or crew looking to work from precision-engineered plans rather than rough sketches — we offer a Design License package. You get the full engineering deliverables; your team executes the build.

The design license package includes:

• 3D terrain model of the project area (we can acquire LIDAR or work from client-supplied data — using your own survey data reduces cost)
• Complete trail alignment design with physics-validated geometry
• Jump EFH calculations and feature specifications
• Earthwork volume reports (cut/fill per segment)
• Drainage layout and hydrological analysis
• IFC export and permit-ready engineering drawings

We handle the engineering front-end. You handle the build. The result: your crew works faster, your machines stay on-model, and your client gets a trail that performs as designed — first time.
