If you are an experienced trail builder or crew looking to work from precision-engineered plans rather than rough sketches — we offer a Design License package. You get the full engineering deliverables; your team executes the build.

The design license package includes:

• Terrain preparation from DTM / LIDAR (we can acquire data or work from client-supplied surveys — using your own data reduces cost)
• 3D terrain & trail model with POV ride preview (OBJ + MP4)
• Line routing & flow / progression concept — physics-validated alignment with rider speed simulation
• Feature-by-feature geometry — take-offs, landings, berms, transitions
• Per-jump safety analysis — Equivalent Fall Height (EFH), take-off speed/angle, lip height, flight height, airtime, with IMBA + ITRS difficulty rating per feature
• Material quantity estimate — all surface layers (wear course, grass soil, drainage stone) with cut / fill volumes
• Hydrology summary — design storm, peak flow, catchment area, cross-drain & low-point schedule
• Plan view + longitudinal profile (PDF + DXF)
• Engineering data files — horizontal alignment with clothoid transitions (LandXML), trail surface TIN mesh (LandXML), turn stakeout points — arc centres with radius + TS/SC/CS/ST transition stations (LandXML CgPoints), GPS track (GPX), survey & rover points (DXF), longitudinal profile (DXF) — projected coordinate system (EPSG)
